By utilizing the dog grooming services provided by Dog Street pet grooming, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.  Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

   - Appointments are scheduled in advance and must be adhered to. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide Dog Street pet grooming with at least 24 hours’ notice.

   - Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

 

2.  Health and Vaccinations:

   - It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog is in good health and has up-to-date vaccinations.

   - Dog Street pet grooming reserves the right to refuse service to any dog showing signs of illness or behavioural concerns.

 

3.  Grooming Process:

   - The grooming process may include, but is not limited to, bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and hair cutting.

   - The specific grooming services will be agreed upon before the appointment.

 

4.  Cooperation During Grooming:

   - Your cooperation is essential during the grooming process. Aggressive or overly anxious dogs may require additional handling fees or, in extreme cases, may be refused service.

 

5.  Matted Hair and Extra Charges:

   - Dogs with severely matted hair may incur additional charges due to the extra time and care required for grooming.

 

6.  Photographs and Marketing:

   - Dog street pet grooming, may take photographs of your dog before and after grooming for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

 

 

7. Payment Terms:

   - Payment for grooming services is due at the time of service.

   - Accepted forms of payment include:

8. Liability:

   - While all precautions are taken to ensure the safety of your pet during grooming, Dog Street pet grooming, is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur.
